摘 要:动态受流质量和导电稳定性是衡量载流摩擦配副集电装置性能的重要指标,以纯铜和铬青铜为研究对象,在自制的载流试验机上探讨了低速下载流摩擦配副导电稳定性和摩擦学性能之间的关系。结果表明:导电稳定性和配副的摩擦系数稳定性变化趋势一致且相互促进、互为增益,在获得载流稳定性的同时,摩擦性能也处于稳定的状态;二者随电流、载荷的增大而趋于更加稳定,摩擦副既获得高而稳定的动态受流能力,又处于良好的摩擦学特性状态,有利于提高耐磨性、降低磨损。Dynamic current collection quality and conductivity stability are very important indexes on evaluating the performance of current carrying by friction pair collector.Taking pure copper and chromium bronze as research objects,the relationship between conductive stability and tribological property of current carrying friction pair at low speed was discussed on a self-made current carrying tester.Results showed that the change trend of conductivity stability and friction coefficient stability of matching pair was consistent and mutual-promotion and mutual-gain.While obtaining current carrying stability,the friction performance was also in a stable state.Both of them tended to be more stable with the increase of current and load.The friction pair not only obtained high and stable dynamic current receiving capacity,but also was in a good state of tribological characteristics,which was conducive to improving wear resistance and reducing wear.
