疫情影响下民营企业出口信用风险的防范与控制

摘　　要：从对出口信用风险概念的界定入手,分析疫情影响下民营企业面临客户风险、企业自身风险、宏观环境风险增加的现状,进而从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出相应的对策建议。宏观上,需提高民营企业待遇,在金融信贷方面给它们更多支持,完善相关出口法律并为企业提供法律援助,细化双循环政策,从而完善出口信用风险保障体系。中观上,要发挥行业组织的职能,为民营企业有效应对出口信用风险提供助力。微观上,企业需提高自身的风险防范意识,健全风险管理机制,提高从业人员素质和产品技术含量,多渠道开拓多元市场,通过转移信用风险和发展双循环,提高应对风险的能力。Start with the definition of the concept of export credit risk,then analyze the current situation that private enterprises face more risks caused by customers,the enterprises themselves and the macro-environment under the influence of COVID-19,and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures at the macro,meso,and micro levels.On the macro level,it is necessary to improve the treatment of private enterprises,give them more support in financial credit,improve export-related laws and provide legal assistance to them and perfect the dual circulation policy,so as to improve the export credit risk protection system.On the meso level,it is important to give play to the functions of industrial organizations in helping the enterprises to effectively respond to export credit risks.At the micro level,companies need to enhance their own risk prevention awareness,perfect risk management mechanisms,improve the quality of employees and products’technology,explore diversified markets through multiple channels,and improve their ability to respond to risks by transferring credit risks and developing dual circulation.
