摘　　要：目的分析快速康复外科理念指导下采用吴茱萸粗盐热敷腹部对结直肠癌术后患者肠道功能的影响。方法纳入2020年6月至2020年11月在本科室接受手术治疗的146例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=72,实施基于快速康复外科理念的常规围手术期护理)和研究组(n=74,在对照组的基础上,于术后第1天起采用吴茱萸粗盐热敷腹部)。比较两组肠道功能恢复情况(术后首次排气、排粪时间)、术后腹胀评分、术后切口疼痛评分及对护理服务的满意度。结果研究组术后首次排气、排粪时间早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组术后腹胀及切口疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组对护理服务的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在快速康复外科理念的指导下,予以吴茱萸粗盐热敷腹部,能促进结直肠癌患者术后肠道功能恢复,减轻患者术后腹胀及切口疼痛,提升患者对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objectives To investigate the effects of abdominal heating pad with crude salt of Evodia rutaecarpa guided by the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on intestinal function recovery in patients undergoing colorectal cancer sur⁃gery.Methods One hundred and forty-six patients with colorectal cancer who received surgery at our department between June 2020 and November 2020 were recruited and randomly assigned to control group(n=72,receiving perioperative nursing using ERAS protocols)and treatment group(n=74,receiving perioperative nursing using ERAS protocols and abdominal heating pad with crude salt of Evodia rutaecarpa starting from the 1st postoperative day).The two groups were compared in terms of intesti⁃nal function recovery(time to first passage flatus and time to first bowel movement),postoperative abdominal distension score,postoperative incision pain score,and patients’satisfaction with nursing.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly shorter time to first passage flatus and shorter time to first bowel movement(P<0.05),the treatment group also had significantly lower postoperative abdominal distension score and lower postoperative incision pain score(P<0.05).Pa⁃tients in the treatment group showed better patients’satisfaction with nursing than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion With the application of ERAS,abdominal heating pad with crude salt of Evodia rutaecarpa can further promote postopera⁃tive intestinal function recovery,alleviate postoperative abdominal distension and incision pain,and increase patients’satisfaction with nursing.It has potential for wider clinical implementation.
