摘　　要：目的分析结直肠癌术后患者拔除导尿管后发生尿潴留的情况并探讨其影响因素。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年2月武汉大学中南医院结直肠肛门外科收治的242例结直肠癌术后留置导尿管患者的临床资料。统计并分析结直肠癌术后患者拔除导尿管后发生尿潴留的情况,探讨其影响因素。结果31例结直肠癌术后患者拔除导尿管后发生尿潴留,发生率为12.8%,发生尿潴留的危险因素包括术后粘连性肠梗阻(OR=2.316)、术后吻合口漏(OR=2.468)、有泌尿系统疾病(OR=1.085)(均P<0.05)。结论术后粘连性肠梗阻、术后吻合口漏及有泌尿系统疾病是结直肠癌术后患者拔除导尿管后发生尿潴留的危险因素。Objectives To determine the occurrence and influencing factors of postoperative urinary retention in patients with colorectal cancer after removal of urinary catheter Methods This was a retrospective analysis of 242 patients undergoing colorec⁃tal cancer surgery at the Department of Colorectal and Anal Surgery,Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University,between January 2020 and February 2021.Summary and analytical statistics were used to determine the occurrence and influencing factors of uri⁃nary retention in these patients after catheter removal.Results Urinary retention occurred in 31 patients with an incidence of 12.8%.Risk factors of urinary retention included postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction(OR=2.316,P<0.05),postoperative anastomotic leak(OR=2.468,P<0.05),and pre-existing urinary disorders(OR=1.085,P<0.05).Conclusion Adhesive intestinal ob⁃struction,postoperative anastomotic leak,and pre-existing urinary disorders were risk factors of postoperative urinary retention in patients with colorectal cancer after removal of urinary catheter.
