摘 要:危险废物对人体健康和生态环境存在重大危害,经过焚烧处置能够充分消灭除重金属以外的有害成分,而危废配伍是保证焚烧系统能够持续、稳定、经济运行的必要过程。基于多目标优化方法和加权求解算法,构建了同时考虑综合处置量最大和经济效益最优的配伍模型,并求解得到各目标函数在不同权重下的配伍方案,不仅保证了危废焚烧处置系统的最大运行能力,同时兼顾了危废处置企业的最大经济效益,为企业在不同生产负荷和不同市场环境下的配伍方案提供了依据。Hazardous waste causes great damage to the human health and ecological environment,and its harmful components except heavy metals can be fully eliminated by incineration.And the compatibility of hazardous waste is a necessary process to ensure sustainable,stable and economical operation of the incineration system.Based on the multi-objective optimization method and weighted solution algorithm,a compatibility model has been established in consideration of the largest comprehensive disposal capacity and optimal economic benefits.And the compatibility schemes of all target functions under different weights are solved,which not only guarantee the maximum operation capacity of hazardous waste incineration disposal system but also accommodate the largest economic benefits of hazardous waste disposal companies,providing a basis for the companies’compatibility schemes under different production loads and different market environment.
