既有大跨径钢结构桥梁防腐养护维修对策研究

摘　　要：目前我国大跨径钢结构桥梁耐久性方面最主要的病害问题是局部涂膜劣化和钢材腐蚀,针对这一问题国内外的共识是选择合适的时机进行重新涂装维修。通过对国内外大跨径钢结构桥梁的调研,本文提出了重新涂装维修流程图,并针对桥梁腐蚀现状的确定、局部重新涂装维修方案设计和施工等关键问题总结了国内外的经验,提出了部分应用建议,为今后我国类似工程提供参考和借鉴。At present,the main problems of durability of long-span steel bridges in China are local coating deterioration and steel corrosion.In view of this problem,the consensus at home and abroad is to choose the right time for repainting maintenance.Based on the investigation of long-span steel structure bridges at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the repainting maintenance flow chart,summarizes the experience at home and abroad in view of the key problems such as the determination of bridge corrosion status,the design and construction of local repainting maintenance scheme,and puts forward some application suggestions,so as to provide reference for similar projects in China in the future.
