摘　　要：船员作为船舶的灵魂,是航运中最活跃因素,直接影响航运经济发展。长期以来,船员供求关系一直处于供大于求或供不应求争论之中。文章通过分析我国船员市场的现状,论述了市场机制在船员市场中的作用,剖析了影响船员市场供求的要素,运用供需曲线理论,提出了保持船员市场均衡状态的临界值。As the master of ships,crew is a crucial element in propelling the development of the shipping economy.For a long time,the relation of crew supply and demand has always been unbalanced-either supply exceeding or inferior to demand.This paper,through the analysis upon the current situation of crew market in domestic land,argues the function which market mechanism plays in the crew market,dissects the elements in the influence upon the crew market,with the employment of supply-demand curves theory,brings about the conclusion that the critical value in maintaining the balance of crew market.
