“两山论”指引风景园林发展探析

摘　　要：风景园林的最终使命是解决好人居环境,为人们营造优美宜居的空间,但风景园林建设中生态优先意识仍显不足,生态修复和治理水平仍然滞后。“两山论”是对自然规律的精准把握,是解决经济发展与环境保护矛盾冲突的理论基础,是坚持以人民为中心治国理政的新理念。“两山论”的内涵与风景园林的出发点和落脚点有着高度的契合,为风景园林建设指明发展方向,为“美丽中国”建设筑牢生态基底,为城乡环境建设提供广阔舞台,对推进风景园林朝着更好地满足人们日益增长的物质文化和精神文化需求,进而实现生态文明与物质文明建设有机融合、共同发展具有重要的指导意义。The ultimate mission of landscape architecture is to solve the problem of living environment and create beautiful and livable space for people.However,there are still some problems in landscape architecture construction,such as insufficient consciousness of ecological priority and backward level of ecological restoration and management.The′Two Mountains Theory′is a precise grasp of the laws of nature,a theoretical basis for resolving the conflicts between economic development and environmental protection,and a new concept of people-centered governance.The connotation of′Two Mountains Theory′is highly consistent with the starting point and foothold of landscape architecture,pointing out the development direction of landscape architecture construction,building a solid ecological foundation for the construction of′A Beautiful China′,and contributing to rural revitalization and the construction of a beautiful home.It is of great guiding significance to promote landscape architecture to better meet people′s increasing material and spiritual needs,and to realize the organic integration and common development of the construction of ecological civilization and material civilization.
