摘  要:制度是社会形态及社会思想的反映,制度理性具有可靠性、合理性,制度化使理性在人类社会治理中得以实现。国家是群体的最高形态,国家制度具有系统性、复杂性,是多种基本制度的高级集合体。中国在国家制度化建设方面,曾经一骑绝尘。伟大的制度来自伟大的思想。荀子所创立的群学深度参与了秦汉政治和社会的制度化形塑。群学制度化加强了社会团结,使个体生命得以安顿,族群延续得以保障,大一统国家得以塑造,从而保育华夏民族成为世界上最大族群,并奠基于人类社会大整合的理想未来。System is the reflection of social form and social thought,and system rationality is a kind of reliability and reasonableness.Institutionalization enables rationality to be realized in human social governance.The state is the highest form of the group,and the state system is systematic and complex,which is a high-level aggregate of multiple basic systems.In terms of the construction of the country institutionalization,China has once been a top performer.Great systems come from great thoughts,and the groupology founded by Xunzi deeply participated in the political and social institutionalization of Qin and Han Dynasties.The institutionalization of groupology strengthens the social unity,settles down the individual life,ensures the continuation of the ethnic group,and shapes the unified country,thus protecting the Chinese nation to become the largest ethnic group in the world,and laying the foundation for the ideal future of the great integration of human society.
