摘  要:为解决水峪煤矿十采区深部巷道支护难题,以10219运输巷为工程背景,分析该采区地应力分布规律、深部巷道围岩变形与破坏特征。数值模拟研究表明:运输巷原支护方案无法控制围岩变形,原支护方案存在锚杆和锚索材料强度低、锚杆和锚索预应力小、边角锚杆安装角度大等设计问题。基于提高锚杆和锚索材料强度、加大锚杆和锚索预应力、调整边角锚杆安装角度等措施,提出10219运输巷采用高预应力、高强度锚杆锚索联合支护技术,井下支护试验取得良好效果。井下支护试验后,在十采区所有掘进工作面巷道推广应用。In order to solve the support problem of the mine deep roadway in No.10 mining block of Shuiyu Mine,based on No.10219 transportation roadway as the engineering background,the paper analyzed the earth stress of the mining block as well as the surrounding rock deformation and failure features of the mine deep roadway.The numerical simulation study showed that the original support plan of the transportation roadway could not control the surrounding rock deformation.There were a low material strength of the bolt and anchor,low prestress of the bolt and anchor,large install angle of the corner bolt and design problem existed in the original support plan.Based on the measures to improve the material strength of the bolt and anchor,to increase the prestress of the bolt and anchor,to adjust the install angle of the corner bolt and others,a combined support technology with the high prestress and high strength bolt and anchor was provided and applied to No.10219 transportation roadway.The underground mine support test was conducted with good effect.After the underground mine support test,the combined support technology was promoted and applied to the all heading roadways in No.10 mining block.
