摘  要:将冻结井壁不确定性力学参数建模为随机场,利用Neumann随机有限元法,推导出冻结井壁随机应力变形场的随机分析列式;研发了冻结井壁混凝土应力与变形随机有限元分析程序。通过计算,获得了相关参数的失效概率;对井壁几何参数、材料参数、外荷载随机性等条件下的冻结井壁工程可靠性进行评价。结果表明:精确控制井筒掘进半径的大小,降低井壁外半径随机性摆幅,减小外半径变异系数,可有效提高井壁可靠性;提高混凝土搅拌的均匀性,降低弹性模量随机性摆幅,减小弹性模量变异系数,对于提高井壁可靠性,效果显著;提高井壁弹性模量的均匀性,可以增加井壁可靠性。Taking the uncertain mechanics parameters of the freezing mine liner to build a model as a random field,the Neumann random finite element method was applied to deduce the random analysis formula of the random stress deformation field in the freezing mine shaft liner.The random finite element analysis program on the concrete stress and deformation of the freezing mine shaft liner was developed.With the calculation,the failure probability of the related parameters was obtained.An evaluation was conducted on the engineering reliability of the freezing shaft liner under the conditions of the geometric parameter,material parameter,external load randomness and others.The results showed that to accurately control the excavation radius size of the mine shaft,to reduce the outer radius random swing of the mine shaft liner and to reduce the variation coefficient of the outer radius could effectively improve the reliability of the mine shaft liner.To improve the mixing uniformity of the concrete,to reduce the random swing of the elasticity modulus and to reduce the variation coefficient of the elasticity modulus could obviously improve the reliability of the mine shaft liner.The improvement on the elasticity modulus uniformity of the mine shaft liner could increase the reliability of the mine shaft liner.
