摘　　要：独立学院学生干部队伍是独立学院学生中的优秀群体,他们能力的高低关乎立德树人目标的实现,关乎大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性。文章先分析独立学院学生干部队伍建设与培养的意义,然后剖析独立学院学生干部的特点,并结合实际情况,针对其培养过程中存在的问题提出相应的有效措施,力求建设一支高素质的学生干部队伍。The student cadre team of independent college is an excellent group of independent college students.Their ability is related to the realization of the goal of building morality and cultivating people,and to the effectiveness of college students'ideological and political education.This paper first analyzes the significance of the construction and training of student cadres in independent colleges,then analyzes the characteristics of student cadres in independent colleges,and combined with the actual situation,puts forward corresponding effective measures for the problems existing in the training process,so as to build a high-quality student cadre team.
