摘  要:幼儿时期是幼儿习惯形成和发展的关键期,教师要注意培养幼儿良好的生活、言行、心理和人际交往方面的习惯,纠正其攻击性行为。文章结合幼儿攻击性行为的类型与特点,探讨教师应对幼儿攻击性行为的具体策略:善于倾听,根据动机处理攻击性行为,教会幼儿适当的反击技巧,为幼儿搭建解决问题的平台,完善教师干预方法。Early childhood is the key period for the formation and development of children's habits.Teachers should pay attention to cultivating children to good habits in life,words and deeds,psychology and interpersonal communication,and correct their aggressive behavior.Combined with the types and characteristics of children's aggressive behavior,this paper discusses the specific strategies for teachers to deal with children's aggressive behavior:being good at listening,dealing with aggressive behavior according to motivation,teaching children appropriate counterattack skills,building a problem-solving platform for children,and improving teachers'intervention methods.
