闽台高校交流与合作现状探析——以福建医科大学为例

摘　　要：结合福建医科大学近年来与台湾地区高校交流与合作的发展现状和方式,分析学校对台交流合作中存在的规模小、领域窄、易受政策和制度影响等问题,探讨未来采取扩大交流规模、开发闽台合作办学与科研项目、建立常态化交流机制等方法和措施,促进学校与台湾地区高校间的合作。Based on the developing status and different modes of educational exchange and cooperation between Fujian Medical University and universities in Taiwan in recent years,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the exchanges and cooperation,such as small scale,narrow field,and vulnerability to policies’impacts.Possible measures that could be taken are discussed and explored,such as expansion of exchange scale,development of joint educational as well as scientific research programs,and establishment of regular exchange mechanism,for further promoting the exchanges and cooperation between Fujian Medical University and universities in Taiwan.
