摘　　要：经断前后诸证以肾虚为本。肾寓元阴元阳,转枢人体阴阳、寒热、水液代谢。若枢机不利,每易影响其他脏腑功能,衍生诸如烘热汗出、头晕健忘、心悸失眠、烦躁易怒、精神倦怠等变证。临证时若见阴阳失调、枢机不利,当以和法和解少阳,方选小柴胡汤;若见肾虚水亏、水不涵木,当以滋水涵木法滋肾疏肝健脾,方选丹栀逍遥散合杞菊地黄丸;若见肝病传脾、脾虚湿盛,当以分消走泄法分消湿邪、宣通气机,方选三仁汤;若见心肺阴虚、百合病生,当以养阴清热法养阴润肺、宁心安神,方选百合地黄汤。The syndromes happen around suspense are due to Kidney deficiency.The Kidney integrates the Yin and Yang of the body.It is responsible for the body′s Yin and Yang,Cold and Heat,and Water metabolism.In its dysfunction,it would affect other Zang and Fu′s functions,resulting in symptoms such as Heat and sweat,dizziness and forgetfulness,palpitations,insomnia,irritability,mental fatigue,etc.For the Yin and Yang imbalance and cardinal disadvantage,the method of reconciling Shaoyang and Xiao Chaihu Decoction can be used;For Kidney Yin deficiency,the method of nourishing Kidney,soothing Liver Qi and tonifying Spleen should be used,and Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with Qiju Dihuang Pills can be used in treatment.For Spleen deficiency and Dampness,which is caused by Liver disease,the method of eliminating Dampness and regulating Qi can be used,and Sanren Decoction can be chosen in treatment;For Lung Yin deficiency,the method of nourishing Lung Yin and clearing away Heat to nourish Yin and calm the nerves should be used,and Baihe Dihuang Decoction can be chosen in treatment.
