免疫性流产的中医病机与诊疗

摘　　要：免疫性流产属中医"滑胎""胎漏""胎动不安"等范畴。中医认为,该病的病因病机包括因虚致病、血热致病、血瘀致病三个方面。历代医家为治疗该病创制了许多验之有效的方剂,如桂枝茯苓丸、胎元饮、泰山磐石散、寿胎丸等。现代医家多以补肾安胎、益气养血、滋养肝肾、补肾宁心、健脾益气等法治疗该病。此外,现代临床研究及实验研究发现,应用中医药治疗免疫性流产疗效显著,且易被广泛接受。Immune abortion belongs to the categories of traditional Chinese medicine such as "habitual abortion","vaginal bleeding during pregnancy",and "threatened abortion".Chinese medicine believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease include three aspects:deficiency,blood heat,and blood stasis.Physicians of the past dynasties have created many proven and effective prescriptions for the treatment of the disease,such as Guizhi Fuling Pills,Taiyuan Drink,Taishan Panshi Powder,and Shoutai Pills.Modern physicians often treat the disease with therapies such as invigorating the kidney and relieving the fetus,replenishing Qi and nourishing Blood,nourishing the liver and kidney,nourishing the kidney and heart,strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi.In addition,modern clinical and experimental studies have found that the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of immune abortion has a significant effect and is easy to be widely accepted.
