龙江韩氏从肝肾论治经行发热

摘　　要：龙江韩氏认为,多种病因导致肝肾失调、阴阳失衡从而出现经行发热,并将经行发热分为肝郁气滞证、肝郁血瘀证、肾阴亏虚证、肾虚肝郁证;分别采用疏肝解郁、凉血调经法,疏肝活血、凉血调经法,滋阴益肾、清热调经法,滋肾疏肝、清热调经法;针对性地应用百灵调肝汤、丹栀逍遥散合血府逐瘀汤、滋肾汤、百灵育阴汤。Longjiang Han believes that a variety of causes Liver and Kidney disharmony and Yin-Yang imbalance,which eventually leads to menstrual fever,which is divided into four types:Liver stagnation and Qi stagnation,Liver stagnation and Blood stasis,Kidney Yin deficiency,and Kidney deficiency and Liver stagnation.The methods of soothing the Liver and relieving depression,cooling Blood and regulating menstruation,soothing Liver and activating Blood circulation,cooling Blood and regulating menstruation,nourishing Yin and Kidney,clearing heat,and regulating menstruation,nourishing Kidney and soothing Liver,clearing heat and regulating menstruation can be applied.Bailing Tiaogan Decoction,Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Zishen Decoction and Bailing Yuyin decoction should be targeted applied.
