五灵脂的本草及配伍规律考证

摘　　要：五灵脂为"寒号鸟"粪,即鼯鼠科动物复齿鼯鼠Trogopterus xanthipes Milne-Edwards的干燥粪便。五灵脂的炮制方法较为常见的是加酒拌炒,有"行血生用,止血炒用"的记载。五灵脂配伍温里药高良姜,有活血祛瘀、温中止痛的功效,长于治疗寒邪内侵所致的心腹冷痛;配伍熄风药全蝎,有活血熄风定惊之功,常治疗肝风内动兼瘀血内阻所致的惊风抽搐;与川(草)乌配伍,具有温经通脉、宣痹止痛之功,长于治疗寒凝血瘀所致的风寒痹痛;配伍理气药青皮或陈皮,为治疗食积疳证、胸脘痞满的常用药;与川芎、当归配伍,治疗瘀血内阻所致的关节疼痛、月经不调、闭经等病证;与雄黄配伍,可解毒疗伤,用以治疗虫蛇咬伤。Wulingzhi(Faeces Togopteri)is the feces of a kind of animal named Hanhaoniao,that is,the dry feces of Trogopterus xanthipes Milne-Edwards.The more common method for preparing Wulingzhi is adding wine and stir-frying,and there is a record of"raw for blood promoting,stir-frying for hemostasis".Wulingzhi compatible with the interior-warming drug Gaoliangjiang has the effects of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,warming,and relieving pain,and is better than treating cold pain in the heart and abdomen caused by the internal invasion of cold pathogens.Compatible with the stop-wind medicine Quanxie,it has the effect of invigorating blood,extinguishing wind,and relieving convulsions,and often used to treat convulsions caused by internal movement of liver wind and internal resistance of blood stasis.Compatible with Chuan(grass)Wu,it has the functions of warming and clearing the meridians,and relieving pain from arthralgia,and is often used in treating wind-cold arthralgia caused by cold blood stasis.Compatible with Qi-regulating drugs,such as Qingpi or Chenpi,are commonly used for the treatment of ecdysis syndrome and fullness of the chest.Compatible with Chuanxiong and Danggui,it has a good curative effect on joint pain,irregular menstruation,amenorrhea,and other diseases caused by the internal resistance of blood stasis;Compatible with Xionghuang,it can detoxify and heal injuries and can be used to treat insect and snake bites.
