摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定丹瓜护脉颗粒中芍药苷和丹酚酸B含量的方法,为质量控制提供依据。方法HPLC法,采用Ulitamate C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17∶83);流速:1 mL·min^(-1);柱温:室温;检测波长:230 nm。结果芍药苷和丹酚酸B在2.5~80μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9997;平均回收率(n=9)分别为96.84%(RSD=1.26%)和99.09%(RSD=2.26%)。结论方法简便,准确,稳定好,可用于丹瓜护脉颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B in Dangua Humai granules.METHODS HPLC was performed on a Ulitamate C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).And acetonitrile:0.1%phosphoric acid(17∶83)as the mobile phase.1 mL·min^(-1) flow rate,230 nm detection wavelength,column temperature was room temperature.RESULTS The detections of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B showed a good linear relationship in a range of 2.5-80μg·mL^(-1).The correlation coefficients were 0.9999 and 0.9997,respectively.The average recoveries(n=9)were 96.84%(RSD=1.26%)and 99.09%(RSD=2.26%),respectively.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and stable,and could be used for the quality control of Dangua Humai granules.
