摘  要:目的优选木香最佳浸泡时间和干燥温度。方法通过考察木香药材不同浸泡时间和不同干燥温度,以木香中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯和标准煎得率为指标,采用综合评分法优选木香的最佳炮制方法。结果木香饮片最佳炮制工艺为浸泡时间60 min,干燥温度60℃。结论该方法可提高木香饮片生产效率,较好的控制质量,适合于大规模生产中。OBJECTIVE To optimize the optimal soaking time and drying method for Aucklandia lappa Decne.METHODS By investigating the different soaking time and different drying methods of Aucklandia lappa Decne.,costunolide,dehydrocostusactone and standard decocting rate in Aucklandia lappa Decne.were selected as the evaluation indexes,and the processing method for Aucklandia lappa Decne.was optimized by comprehensive scoring method.RESULTS The optimum processing technology of Aucklandia lappa Decne.Was:soaking in water for 60 min,then slicing and drying in an oven at 60℃.CONCLUSION This method can improve the production efficiency and quality control of Aucklandia lappa Decne.,which is suitable for large scale production.
