摘　　要：流行病学调查结果显示,我国饮酒人群比例和酒精性肝病患病率均呈现上升趋势。长期饮酒或过量饮酒者会出现与酒精(乙醇)相关的健康问题,其中酒精性肝病就是一种常见的脏器损害。由于酒精性肝病的类型较多,因此针对此类病症的治疗方法也有很多种。除了目前防治指南所指出的一些糖皮质激素、美他多辛、S-腺苷蛋氨酸等药物治疗外,还有营养支持、中草药以及中西医结合和手术治疗等手段,都可以有效地治疗酒精性肝病。本文对酒精性肝病药物治疗的最新研究进展做一综述。Epidemiological survey results show that the proportion of alcohol drinkers and the prevalence of alcoholic liver disease are on the rise in China.Long-term drinking or heavy drinking will have alcohol-related health problems.Alcoholic liver disease is a common organ damage.Because there are many types of alcoholic liver disease,there are many ways to treat such conditions.In addition to glucocorticoids,metadoxine,S-adenosylmethionine and other drug treatments indicated in the current guidelines of prevention and treatment,there are other means such as nutritional support,Chinese herbal medicine,integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine and surgical treatment.These methods can effectively treat alcoholic liver disease.This article reviews the progress of drug therapy for alcoholic liver disease.
