摘　　要：“互联网+护理服务”是满足居家患者服务需求的主要形式之一。以分级诊疗为基础,依托“互联网医院”平台,初步探索构建了医联体内“互联网+护理服务”模式。认为基于分级诊疗的“互联网+护理服务”模式能够满足患者延续性护理服务需求,保障患者享受同质化护理服务,促使护理资源合理分配和有效利用。"Internet plus nursing service"is one of the main forms to meet the needs of patients at home.Based on hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and relying on the"Internet hospital"platform,the"Internet plus nursing service"mode in the medical union had been preliminarily explored and constructed.It was concluded that the"Internet plus nursing service"mode based on hierarchical diagnosis and treatment can meet patients'needs for continuous nursing services,ensure patients to enjoy homogeneous nursing services,and promote the rational allocation and effective utilization of nursing resources.
