摘　　要：利用信息技术手段,开发了“互联网+护理服务”平台。主要功能模块包括患者应用、护理服务、随访、管理等。“互联网+护理服务”平台应用后,2020年5月-12月,线上咨询服务注册护士共74人,完成线上咨询954人次,开设院外安心护理服务32项,完成院外安心护理服务97次;公众号关注量增加近3.3万人次。“互联网+护理服务”平台的应用实现了线上线下病历实时共享和护理服务闭环管理,节省了护理人力资源。By means of information technology,the"Internet plus nursing service"platform had been developed.The main functional modules included patient application,nursing service,follow-up,management,etc.After the application of the"Internet plus nursing service"platform,from May to December 2020,a total of 74 registered nurses provided online consultation services,completed 954 persontimes online consultations,opened 32 items of out-of-hospital nursing services,and completed 97 out-of-hospital nursing services.The number of people following the public account increased by nearly 33000 persontimes.The application of the"Internet plus nursing service"platform had realized real-time sharing of online and offline medical records,closed-loop management of nursing services,and saved nursing human resources.
