摘　　要：多数抗肿瘤药物因缺乏特异性,药品不良反应往往难以避免。利用课题研究型品管圈对肿瘤患者药品不良反应进行干预,构建了药品不良反应预防、分级、处置、转归、上报的全程管理模式,使患者评估准确率、医生不良反应分级评价掌握率、药品预处理规范率、不良反应处置合理率、不良反应考核达标率均大幅度提升。通过品管圈活动,改善了患者就医体验,提升了药学服务水平。Most antitumor drugs are difficult to avoid pharmaceutical adverse effect due to their lack of specificity.The project research type quality control circle was used to intervene pharmaceutical adverse effect in tumor patients,and a whole-process management mode of pharmaceutical adverse effect prevention,classification,disposal,outcome and reporting was established.The accuracy rate of patient evaluation,the mastery rate of doctors'adverse effect grading evaluation,the standardized rate of drug pretreatment,the rational rate of pharmaceutical adverse effect treatment,the rate of adverse effect assessment reaching the standard were greatly improved.Through the activities of quality control circle,patients'medical experience was improved and the level of pharmaceutical care was improved.
