摘　　要：血液质量是采供血机构的根本。江苏省在血液采集前质量管理信息化方面开展了积极探索:开通全省统一献血服务热线与微信公众号,加大献血者招募力度;建设江苏省献血者联网屏蔽管理系统,实现全省范围内不合格献血者信息共享;将献血者征询体检初筛不合格的信息需要录入业务系统等,从源头阻断血液质量事件发生,更好地保障了血液质量与安全。Blood quality is fundamental to blood collection and supply institutions.Jiangsu province had actively explored the informatization of quality management before blood collection.It had opened a unified provincial blood donation service hotline and WeChat public account to increase the recruitment of blood donors.The blood donor network shielding management system in Jiangsu province was built to realize the information sharing of unqualified blood donors across the province.The information on the initial screening of unqualified blood donors needed to be entered into the business system,which effectively blocked the occurrence of blood quality incidents from the source and better guaranteed the quality and safety of blood.
