摘  要:近几年,国家陆续出台“禁止废纸进口”、“限塑令”等政策以及发布“碳达峰”“碳中和”远景目标,引发制浆造纸企业纤维原料供应持续紧缺,如何拓宽原料来源渠道、绿色高效利用纤维资源、布局建设纸浆项目、开发应用制浆新技术、提高运行效率质量,是造纸企业普遍关心的问题。围绕绿色高效利用纤维资源,我国造纸行业科技创新的领头人--生物基材料与绿色造纸国家重点实验室主任陈嘉川教授在研讨会上作了《造纸纤维原料绿色高效利用与碳平衡》的主旨演讲,分享了他多年从事生物技术、生物质精炼、绿色制浆的研究与成果,提出行业应该通过多种渠道解决原料短缺问题,通过拓展产业链、开发新资源、构建绿色造纸技术体系等实现纤维资源绿色高效利用,并努力实现造纸行业碳平衡。In recent years, the Chinese government has successively introduced policies such as the "ban on waste paper imports" and "plastics restriction", and promised to achieve "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality" as soon as possible. This has led to a continuous shortage of fibre raw materials for China’s paper manufacturers. Thus, how to broaden the source of raw materials, usefiber resources in a green and efficient way, design new pulp projects, develop new pulp technology, and how to improve the operational efficiency, has become a common concern of all paper enterprises. Focusing on the green and efficient utilization of fibre resources, Professor Chen Jiachuan, director of the State Key Laboratory of Biobased Material and Green Papermaking, gave a keynote speech at the Seminar, sharing his years of research and achievements in biotechnology, biomass refining and pulping technology. He proposed that paper industry should alleviate the shortage of raw materials through various channels, achieve green and efficient utilization of fibre resources by expanding the industrial chain, developing new resources and building a green paper-making technology system, and strive to achieve carbon balance in the paper industry.
