摘  要:随着科技的不断发展,机械设备也实现了高效运转,只有不断研究创新,才能更好地发挥机械作用,全面服务人类社会发展。以往的设备在运行过程中,往往会发生各种故障,影响设备的良好运行,通过对设备的全面改良与升级,能够更加有效保证运行效果质量。文章主要通过对600MW火力发电机组汽轮机再热主汽阀无法开启故障现象的系统性分析,进一步分析了卡涩原因,及时提出阀杆轴向卡涩、径向卡涩及阀门前后介质压差大的结论,以此,通过改变端盖垫片和阀杆球面垫片厚度值,实现整体性的平衡,保证阀体结构均匀,全面增加再热主汽阀轴向间隙,减少运行故障,有效解决好阀体前后压差过大,避免卡涩故障现象等问题。With the continuous development of science and technology,mechanical equipment has also achieved efficient operation.Only through continuous research and innovation can we give full play to the mechanical role and comprehensively serve the development of human society.In the past,all kinds of faults often occur in the operation of the equipment,which affect the good operation of the equipment.Through the comprehensive improvement and upgrading of the equipment,the quality of the operation effect can be more effectively guaranteed.This paper further analyzes the causes of jam through the systematic analysis of the failure phenomenon that the reheat main steam valve of 600MW thermal power unit cannot be opened.The conclusions of valve stem axial jam,radial jam and large medium pressure difference before and after the valve are put forward in time,so as to realize the overall balance and ensure the uniform structure of the valve body by changing the thickness of the end cover gasket and the valve stem spherical gasket.Comprehensively increase the axial clearance of the reheat main steam valve,reduce operation faults,effectively solve the problems such as excessive pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve body,and avoid sticking faults.
