摘 要:采煤工作面回采巷道超前段空间小、设备多、压力大,特殊的空间环境使该区域极易存在安全隐患。在采支压力的影响下,采压力特征与工作面前方一定范围内两巷道之间的距离呈正相关。同时,该地区受开采及各种支护压力影响,岩压形成复杂,巷道维护难度大,工作面超前段安全有效支护一直是关注重点。矿山围岩控制难度大。目前,煤矿的先进支护仍以单体液压支柱和先进液压支架为主。单体液压支柱和铰接顶梁的支护技术灵活方便,在施工现场得到广泛应用。但存在劳动强度大、支撑强度低、安全性得不到保障等缺点。先进的液压支架存在顶板反复支撑导致锚杆(索)支架失效的问题。为此,研究新的先进支护方法替代传统支护方法,有效解决矿井巷道加强支护问题势在必行。The leading section of the mining roadway in the coal mining face has small space,much equipment and high pressure,and the special space environment makes it easy to have hidden dangers in this area.Under the influence of mining support pressure,the characteristics of mining pressure are positively correlated with the distance between two roadways in front of the working face.At the same time,affected by mining and various support pressure,the formation of rock pressure is complex,roadway maintenance is difficult,and safe and effective support in the leading section of the working face has always been the focus and focus.It is difficult to control the surrounding rock of mine.At present,the advanced support of coal mine is still dominated by single hydraulic prop and advanced hydraulic support.The support technology of single hydraulic prop and hinged top beam is flexible and convenient,and it has been widely used in the field.However,there are some shortcomings,such as high labor intensity,low support strength,lack of safety guarantee and so on.The advanced hydraulic support has the problem that the repeated support of the roof leads to the failure of the anchor(cable)support.For this reason,it is imperative to study new advanced support methods to replace traditional support methods and effectively solve the problem of strengthening support in mine roadway.
