摘 要:高压多路选择器是电池管理系统的重要组成部分,目前研究的高压多路选择器会给电池引入漏电流,影响电池电压检测精度。为了降低高压多路选择器开关控制信号对电池的漏电流影响,提高电压检测精度,设计了一种新型栅极驱动型高压开关。该高压开关采用了栅极自举结构,可以直接级联,并且开关控制信号不对信号源引入漏电流。最后采用0.5μm 40 V BCD工艺,搭建一个7路高压多路选择器进行了仿真验证。后仿真结果表明,高压开关相邻信道的隔离度为-47 dB@1 MHz,最大输入电压35 V,电路版图面积1.2 mm×1.5 mm,满足应用场合。High voltage multiplexer is an important part of battery management system.The high voltage multiplexer studied at present will introduce leakage current to the battery,which will affect the accuracy of battery voltage detection.To reduce the influence of the control signal of the high voltage multiplexer on the leakage current of the battery and improve the accuracy of voltage detection,a new type of high voltage switch with gate drive was designed.The high voltage switch adopts gate bootstrap structure,can be directly cascade,and the switch control signal does not introduce leakage current to the signal source.At last,a 7-channel high voltage multiplexer was built by using 0.5μm 40 V BCD process to carry out simulation verification.The post-simulation results show that the isolation of the adjacent channel of the high voltage switch is-47 dB@1 MHz,the maximum input voltage is 35 V,and the circuit layout area is 1.2 mm×1.5 mm,which meets the requirements of application.
