摘　　要：研发与转化功能型平台建设,是上海实施创新驱动发展战略、加快培育新经济、塑造发展新动能、提升科创中心集中度和显示度的重要举措。上海应从增强科技创新策源能力出发,聚焦功能性平台建设,加强分类管理、分阶段管理和促进供需对接,从体制机制、平台自身、对外科技服务等层面推进研发与转化功能型平台建设。The construction of functional platform for R&D and transformation is an important measure for Shanghai to implement the innovation-driven development strategy,accelerate the cultivation of new economy,shape new dynamics of development,and enhance the concentration and display of science and innovation center.From the perspective of enhancing the curative capacity of science and technology innovation,Shanghai should focus on the construction of functional platforms,strengthen classification management,phased management and promote the docking of supply and demand,and promote the construction of functional platforms for R&D and transformation from the levels of institutional mechanism,platforms themselves and external science and technology services,etc.
