摘　　要：一流的国际经济中心强劲支撑着顶级国际金融中心的发展,这背后的逻辑是:处于绝对世界经济中心的超强国家,一定会在财富和价值的创造、分配、交换、流通等方面,稳居世界范围内的枢纽控制地位.鉴于金融是经济的血脉,经济是金融的肌体,经济彰则金融彰,只要对全球各种经济要素拥有顶级的运营、整合与配置能力,这种能力一定会突出体现在金融行为与功能上,一定会出现一个与这种能力相匹配的顶级国际金融中心.The logic behind the first-class international economic center strongly supporting the development of the top international financial center is that the superpowerful country in the absolute world economic center will definitely hold the pivotal control position in the creation,distribution,exchange and circulation of wealth and value in the world.Given that finance is the bloodline of the economy,the economy is the muscle of finance,and if the economy shines,finance shines,as long as it has the top operation,integration and allocation ability for various economic factors around the world,this ability will definitely be highlighted in the financial behavior and function,and a top international financial center will definitely appear to match this ability.
