带孔克氏针与双钛缆张力带结合PRP治疗老年髌骨骨折

摘　　要：目的探究老年髌骨骨折患者在应用带孔克氏针与双钛缆张力带的基础上联合高血小板血浆(PRP)治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2020年1月期间于上栗县人民医院就诊的老年髌骨骨折患者84例,依据治疗方案的差异均分为2组,对照组行带孔克氏针+双钛缆张力带治疗,观察组行带孔克氏针+双钛缆张力带+PRP治疗,就2组的膝关节功能评分、临床指标及并发症展开对比分析。结果对比2组的膝关节功能评分优良率,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对比手术时间、手术出血量,2组无明显差异(P>0.05),对比骨折愈合时间、住院时间,观察组均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率相较对照组大幅减少(P<0.05)。结论应用带孔克氏针+双钛缆张力带+PRP治疗老年髌骨骨折患者,具备较高安全性的同时大幅缩短了骨折愈合时间,膝关节功能得以明显改善,有利于加速患者的康复进程,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PRP on the application of elderly patients with patella fracture.Methods 84 cases of elderly patients with patellar fracture included in this study were all treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.They were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment schemes.The control group was treated with perforated Kirschner wire+double titanium cable tension band,and the observation group was treated with perforated Kirschner wire+double titanium cable tension band+PrP.The knee function score,clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the knee function score of the two groups,the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with fracture healing time and hospitalization time,the observation group significantly shortened(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and all the above differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of double titanium cable tension with PRP elderly patients with patellar fracture,with strong safety and greatly shorten the healing time,knee function significantly improved,to accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients,has very important clinical reference value,worth clinical adoption and promotion.
