彩色多普勒超声、MSCT对卵巢癌术前临床分期中诊断价值对比

摘　　要：目的分析彩色多普勒超声、MSCT对卵巢癌术前临床分期中诊断价值。方法回顾分析本院2017年4月至2019年5月收治的99例卵巢肿瘤患者的临床资料。99例患者均为女性,均进行彩色多普勒超声检查和MSCT检查。结果彩色多普勒超声检查对卵巢癌诊断正确率为82.82%,低于MSCT(92.92%,P<0.05);以术后病理检查为基准,99例患者中,Ⅰ期5例,Ⅱ期32例,Ⅲ期58例,Ⅳ其4例,彩色多普勒检查诊断符合率与术后病理检查比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MSCT检查与术后病理检查比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声、MSCT均为卵巢癌诊断的有效方法,但MSCT检查在对卵巢癌分期诊断上优于彩色多普勒超声检查。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT in preoperative clinical staging of ovarian cancer.Methods The clinical data of 99 patients with ovarian tumor admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All 99 patients were female,and all underwent color Doppler ultrasonography and MSCT.Results The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography for ovarian cancer was 82.82%,which was lower than that of MSCT(92.92%)(P<0.05).Postoperative pathological examination was used as a baseline.Among the 99 patients,5 cases were in stage I,32 cases were in stage II,58 cases were in stage III,and 4 cases were in IV.The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler examination was compared with postoperative pathological examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between MSCT and postoperative pathological examination(P>0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT are effective methods in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer,but MSCT examination is superior to color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer staging.
