摘  要:利用比表面较大的多孔Au电极为传感界面,构建夹心结构的电化学免疫传感器.采用双底物法对甲胎蛋白(AFP)进行检测,得到甲胎蛋白浓度在1~100 ng/mL范围内,邻苯二胺(OPD)和对氨基苯酚(PAP)的差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)响应电流线性回归方程及相关系数,检出限为0.1 ng/mL.结果发现,在双底物体系下,DPV响应电流与AFP浓度之间的线性范围和检测限基本一致,且用PAP为底物时检测的结果更明显,线性范围更宽一些.An electrochemical immunosensor with a sandwich structure is constructed by using porous Au electrode with a relatively large specific surface as sensing interface.Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)is detected by double-substrate method.The linear regression equation and correlation coefficient of the differential pulse voltammetry(DPV)response current of o-phenylenediamine(OPD)and p-aminophenol(PAP)are obtained in the AFP concentration range of 1~100 ng/mL.The detection limit is 0.1 ng/mL.The results show that the linear range and detection limit between DPV response current and AFP concentration are basically the same in the two-substrate system,and the detection result is more obvious when PAP is used as substrate,and the linear range is wider.
