摘 要:采用沸水浴、碳酸钠和蛋白酶三种脱胶方法去除蚕丝纤维表面的丝胶蛋白,并将氧化石墨烯溶液均匀吸附于蚕丝纤维的表面,制得石墨烯(RGO)/蚕丝(SF)复合纤维(Reduced Graphene Oxide/Silk Fiber).研究发现:3种RGO/SF复合纤维的力学性能均有明显提高,其中蛋白酶法得到的RGO/SF复合纤维的断裂强力值最大,为5.406 cN;蚕丝纤维表面的电阻值明显变小,在0.3~0.9 MΩ/cm之间,其中酶脱胶法得到的RGO/SF复合纤维的比电阻值最小,为0.306 MΩ/cm.说明石墨烯片层成功吸附于脱胶蚕丝纤维表面,改善了脱胶蚕丝纤维的电学性能.The three degumming methods of boiling water bath,sodium carbonate and protease are used respectively to remove the sericin on the surface of silk fibers,and graphene oxide solution is adsorbed uniformly on the surface of silk fibers to prepare graphene(RGO)/silk(SF)composite fibers(Reduced Graphene Oxide/Silk Fibers).The study finds that the mechanical properties of the three types of RGO/SF composite fibers are significantly improved,and the RGO/SF composite material obtained by the protease method has the largest breaking strength value which is 5.406 cN.The resistance value of silk fiber surface decreases obviously to between 0.3~0.9 MΩ/cm,and the resistance value of the RGO/SF composite material obtained by the protease degumming method is the smallest that is 0.306 MΩ/cm.It shows that the graphene sheets are successfully adsorbed on the surface of degummed silk fibers,which improves the former s electrical properties.
