产教融合视阈下大学生实习权益保障的制度构建

摘　　要：产教融合背景下,大学生实习形势发生了新的变化,亟待建立统一的实习保障制度。构建大学生实习权益保障的制度,应当以学生为本位,明确实习学生法律身份,在借鉴国外经验和实习权理论的基础上,设立专门法律保障、实施全方位配套的实习保障政策、细化学生实习权益保障类型、落实多方主体的联合保障机制、完善学生实习权益的救济渠道,确保大学生实习权益免受侵害。Under the background of industry-education integration,new changes have taken place in the internship of college students,so it is urgent to establish a unified internship guarantee system.The system construction for protecting the rights and interests of college internship should be student-oriented,and focus on identifying the legal status of college internship.Only by the establishment of specialized legal guarantees,the implementation of all-round supporting policies,the realization of joint assurance mechanisms as well as the improvement of relief channels for college internship rights on the basis of learning from foreign experiences and systematically summarizing policy developments in China,can the rights and interests of college internship be ensured not to be infringed.
