摘  要:传统的铁硅铝粉采用破碎法制备,粉末球形度差,制备的磁粉芯产品直流偏置特性较低,损耗偏高。本文采用气雾化法制备软磁铁硅铝粉,再经绝缘包覆、压制成型、热处理等工艺制备磁粉芯产品。重点研究了雾化粉末粒度特性、成分及后端磁粉芯制备工艺参数对产品性能的影响。研究表明,采用非真空法制备铁硅铝粉软磁粉末,产品氧含量能控制在200ppm以内,磁粉芯直流叠加特性DC值58%、损耗值Pv小于220mW/cm3。The traditional Fe-Si-Al powder is prepared by crushing method,and the sphericity of the powder is poor.The prepared magnetic particle core has low DC bias characteristics and high loss.In this paper,soft magnet Fe-Si-Al powder is prepared by gas atomization method,and magnetic particle core products are prepared by insulation coating,pressing molding and heat treatment.The effects of particle size characteristics,composition of atomized powder and preparation process parameters of back-end magnetic particle core on product properties are studied.The research shows that for soft magnet Fe-Si-Al powder prepared by non-vacuum method,the oxygen content of the product can be controlled within 200ppm,the DC superposition value of magnetic particle core is 58%,and the loss value PV is less than 220mW/cm3.
