摘　　要：以某医院传染病房临时增层改造项目为背景,阐述增层项目改建前对既有房屋地基基础进行检测的必要性,列举常见的改建项目地基基础检测项目,旨在为类似工期受限情况下的建筑增层改造项目既有地基基础检测工作提供参考。Based on the temporary storey-adding reconstruction project of a hospital infection ward,this paper expounds the necessity of foundation detection for the existing building before the reconstruction of the storey-adding project,and lists the common foundation detection items of the reconstruction,in order to provide reference for the existing foundation detection of the storey-adding reconstruction project under the condition of limited construction period.
