摘  要:粉煤灰活性是影响蒸压粉煤灰加气砌块生产的关键指标,粉煤灰细度、稠度、玻璃体含量等因素使得工艺配方难以在生产中实现,严重影响砌块性能。本文在600kg/m3蒸压粉煤灰加气砌块的基础上分析影响粉煤灰活性的因素,提出提高粉煤灰活性的方法。结果表明,粉煤灰湿磨工艺是提高粉煤灰活性最有效的手段,具有较高的工程应用价值。Fly-ash activity is a key index in the production of autoclaved fly ash aerated block.The factors such as fineness,consistency and vitreous content of fly ash make it difficult to realize the process formula in production and seriously affect the quality of the block.This article analyzes the factors affecting the activity of fly ash on the basis of 600kg/m3 autoclaved fly ash aerated block,and proposes a method to improve the activity of fly ash.The test results show that the wet grinding process of fly ash is the most effective means to improve the activity of fly-ash,and has high engineering application value.
