摘 要:针对高速公路防撞栏施工工序冗杂引起的工期长、影响交通的问题,分析滑模施工工艺相较于传统工艺在工期、成本方面的优势,采用钢筋网协同多重加固、滑模机设计改造等技术手段,对防撞栏滑模施工工艺展开研究。研究表明,滑模施工工艺在高速公路防撞栏施工中适用性良好,比传统工艺节省了工期成本、造价成本,社会效益更好。滑模施工过程中滴管和洒水结合的混凝土养护方案可满足混凝土养护的技术要求。In view of the long construction period and traffic impact caused by the miscellaneous construction process of expressway crash barrier,compared with traditional construction technology,the advantages of slip form construction technology in time and cost are analyzed.The slip form construction technology of crush barrier is studied by the technical means such as the collaborative multiple reinforcement of steel mesh and transformation of slip form machine.This research shows that the slip form construction technology has good applicability in the construction of expressway crash barrier and can save time and cost,and its social effect is better.The concrete curing scheme combining dropper and watering can meet the technical requirements of concrete curing.
