摘　　要：膨胀节的作用是为补偿因温度差与机械振动引起的附加应力,所设置在管道上可以作为能自由收缩的弹性补偿元件。具有工作可靠、性能良好、结构紧凑等优点,已广泛应用在化工、冶金、核能等部门,缺点是寿命较短。波纹管膨胀节一般用于温度和压力不很高、长度较短的管道上。公用工程联合车间新区H管廊2020年发现膨胀节泄漏,2020年4月21日至4月24日,我单位对乙烯联合公用工程H管廊泄漏膨胀节进行成功包焊消漏。The expansion joint is used as an elastic compensation element which can be used as a flexible compensation element on the pipe to compensate the additional stress caused by temperature difference and mechanical vibration.It has the advantages of reliable work,good performance and compact structure,and has been widely used in chemical industry,metallurgy,nuclear energy and other departments,and its disadvantage is short life.Bellows expansion joints are generally used in pipes with low temperature and pressure and short length.The expansion joint leakage was found in the H-pipe Gallery of the joint workshop of public works in 2020.From April 21 to April 24,2020,our company successfully welded the leakage expansion joint of H pipe gallery of ethylene joint utility project.
