摘 要:加气站中主要使用的加气设备就是液化石油气泵。文章主要针对其具体的加气原理进行研究分析,同时对气穴的控制提出相关建议。目前,液化石油气的输送和充填一个非常具有普遍,使用进行液化石油气输送中国液化石油气的情况也越来越成为普遍。然而,运行管理这个泵最头痛的是泵的空闲工作时间,这是有效汽蚀。LPG泵的汽蚀发展当然有问题很多重要原因,但对于操作管理人员来说,最常见的原因是LPG泵在管道前暴露在阳光下,进入泵内的液体环境温度不断上升。尤其是在整体管道比较长的情况下,泵的汽蚀现象可以更为经济严重。有些人在进入泵管前应采取保温降温的方法,防止泵出现汽蚀。这种处理的结果仍然可以在泵的连续运行中发挥作用,但它不利于间歇性运行,特别是如果泵停止时间长。为了防止液化石油气的气蚀,水泵前的水箱顶部需要喷水。因此,它不能防止泵腔,但相对泵腔的处理是有害的。因为这种操作能够缓解内部的温度和压力,就理论层面进行分析,泵前罐内进行压力明显高于泵管内液体的蒸汽系统压力,这对企业防止泵汽蚀有较好的效果。The main aeration equipment used in gas filling station is liquefied petroleum gas pump.This paper mainly studies and analyzes its specific aeration principle,and puts forward some suggestions for the control of cavitation.At present,the transportation and filling of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)is very common,and the use of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)is becoming more and more common.However,operation management of this pump most headache is the pump free working time,which is effective cavitation.The cavitation development of LPG pump certainly has many important reasons,but for the operation manager,the most common reason is that the LPG pump is exposed to the sun in front of the pipe,and the temperature of the liquid environment entering the pump is rising.Especially when the whole pipeline is longer,the cavitation phenomenon of pump can be more economical and serious.Some people should take the method of heat preservation and cooling before entering the pump pipe to prevent cavitation.The result of this treatment can still play a role in the continuous operation of the pump,but it is not conducive to intermittent operation,especially if the pump stops for a long time.In order to prevent LPG cavitation,the top of the water tank in front of the pump needs water spray.Therefore,it can not prevent pump cavity,but the treatment of relative pump cavity is harmful.Because this operation can relieve the internal temperature and pressure,the theoretical analysis shows that the pressure in the tank in front of the pump is obviously higher than the steam system pressure of the liquid in the pump pipe,which has a good effect on the enterprise to prevent pump cavitation.
