摘 要:针对输油泵机组结构和功能复杂,维修费用昂贵等特点,为降低故障发生频率,采用多层次模糊分析法,构建了输油泵机组故障评价指标体系,并针对实例进行了分析。结果表明,影响泵机组运行的主要风险集中在转子,其中转子不平衡、不对中是导致泵机组失效的主要原因,实例评价中泵机组失效可能性在低和中之间,且靠近低风险区域,安全性能有待加强。该方法可较好的处理此类多层次、复杂化、多变量问题,为油气站场的安全运行提供技术保障。In view of the complex structure and function of the oil pump unit and the high maintenance cost,in order to reduce the frequency of failure,the multi-level fuzzy analysis method was adopted to construct the fault evaluation index system of the oil pump unit,and the examples were analyzed.The results show that the main risks affecting the operation of the pump unit are concentrated in the rotor,in which the rotor unbalance and misalignment are the main reasons for the failure of the pump unit.The failure probability of the pump unit is between low and medium in the case evaluation,and it is close to the low risk area,and the safety performance needs to be strengthened.This method can deal with such multilevel,complex and multi-variable problems well,and provide technical guarantee for the safe operation of oil and gas stations.
