摘  要:在我国当前社会生产生活中蒸汽锅炉已经成为一种非常重要的热源形式,尤其是在北方冬季集中供暖中发挥出了重要作用。锅炉在运行过程中虽然能够提供大量热源,但与此同时如果不能保障锅炉炉水和蒸汽品质达到始终要求,同样会引发一系列问题。而要想有效提升锅炉炉水的盐量携带以及蒸汽品质,就必须要对锅炉进行合理的排污操作。要对锅炉的排污率进行进一步优化,有效控制过度热损失,这样才能让锅炉运行达到良好经济效益,也能让其社会效益得到充分发挥。In my country’s current social production and life,steam boilers have become a very important form of heat source,especially in the northern winter central heating has played an important role.Although the boiler can provide a large amount of heat source during operation,at the same time,if the boiler water and steam quality cannot be guaranteed to meet the requirements,it will also cause a series of problems.In order to effectively improve the salt carrying capacity and steam quality of boiler water,it is necessary to carry out reasonable blowdown operations on the boiler.It is necessary to further optimize the blowdown rate of the boiler and effectively control the excessive heat loss,so that the boiler operation can achieve good economic benefits and its social benefits can be fully utilized.
