摘  要:秦山一厂30万机组开式工业水系统至今已经使用近30年,出现了管道锈蚀产物堵塞管道的问题,存在系统可靠性下降的风险。本文采用XRD、超声测厚等理化检验手段,对开式工业水系统埋地碳钢管道的腐蚀行为进行了系统的研究,结果表明,碳钢管道外壁情况良好,内表面主要的腐蚀问题为水介质中的管结瘤腐蚀,管道剩余壁厚满足核电厂寿期要求。The open industrial water system of Qinshan nuclear power plant has been used for nearly 30 years,and there is a risk of system reliability decline due to pipeline corrosion product blockage.In this paper,the corrosion behavior of buried carbon steel pipeline in open industrial water system was systematically studied by means of XRD and ultrasonic thickness measurement.The results show that the outer wall of the carbon steel pipeline is in good condition,the main corrosion problem on the inner surface is tuberculation corrosion in water medium,and the remaining wall thickness of the pipeline can meet the life requirements of the nuclear power plant.
