基于空间句法的“一五”时期工业遗产空间特征研究——以“长春第一汽车制造厂”为例

摘　　要：本文在回顾苏联工业区规划模式转移到东北地区"156工程"的基础上,结合长春第一汽车制造厂的文献研究与田野调查,提出了利用空间句法理论及技术对"一五"时期代表性工业遗产案例进行空间特征分析的思路。对案例项目及周边区域进行轴线分析,从区域功能和空间结构两个维度,以多个量化数据指标深入探究空间的内在联系,通过定量分析,总结评价项目案例在规划建设中的优劣得失,并提出空间再生途径。Based on the review of the transfer of the Soviet industrial planning model to the Northeast China's"Project 156",this paper proposes the idea of using the theory and technology of space syntax to analyze the spatial characteristics of the representative industrial heritage cases of the First Five-Year Plan period by combining the literature study and field survey of Changchun First Automobile Manufacturing Plant.The idea of spatial characterization of the representative industrial heritage cases of the First Five-Year Plan period is proposed.The project and the surrounding area are analyzed along the axes,and the internal spatial connections are explored in depth with several quantitative data indicators from two dimensions of regional functions and spatial structures.
