兵团第一师居住空间形态演变分析

摘　　要：基于推进兵团城镇化发展战略,本文以新疆生产建设兵团第一师居住空间形态为研究对象,从主体原动力、环境和自组织演化三个方面分析了兵团第一师城市居住形态的发展动力与演变机制。研究结果显示:新疆生产建设兵团第一师居住形态的发展轨迹是随着兵团建设而发生演变的,大致分为初创垦区戍边、农场徘徊停滞、城镇改革与创新三个阶段;居住形态的演变特征体现在居住功能逐渐健全、住房形式日渐多变等方面,城市空间体系与居住形态呈网格化的布局特征,形成点、线、面有机结合的绿地斑块系统。Based on the urbanization development strategy of the Corps,taking the urban residential space form of the First Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)as an example,this paper analyzes the development motivation and evolution mechanism of the urban residential morphology of the First Division of XPCC from three aspects:main motive force,environment and self-organization evolution.The research results show that:The development trajectory of the residential morphology of the First Division of XPCC evolved with the construction of the Corps,which can be roughly divided into three stages:newly established reclamation areas to guard the border,wandering and stagnant farms,and urban reform and innovation.The evolutionary characteristics of residential morphology are reflected in the gradual improvement of residential functions and the increasing changes in housing forms.The urban space system and residential morphology present a grid layout feature,forming a green patch system that organically combines dots,lines and surfaces.
