摘　　要：建立了一种固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时分析植物运动型饮料中牛磺酸、维生素B1、维生素B2、生物素、维生素B12、烟酸、烟酰胺、叶酸、维生素B6、泛酸等10种维生素的方法。样品前处理用体积分数10%乙醇提取后,经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,以1.0%甲酸-甲醇为流动相进行梯度模式洗脱,采用ESCI复合电喷雾离子源的质谱仪进行检测。结果表明,10种维生素在0.05~200.0ng/mL浓度范围内线性良好,检出限范围为0.002~15.0μg/kg,定量限范围为0.01~50.0μg/kg,加标回收率为81.1%~94.3%。该方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高和检测速度快的优点,适用于植物运动型饮料中10种较宽浓度范围的维生素含量分析,为其产品质量的判定提供参考。In this paper,ultra high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry analysis method was used to establish a method in the analysis of the ten kinds of vitamins for taurine,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,biotin,vitamin B12,niacin,niacinamide,folic acid,vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid in plant sports drinks.After the sample was treated with 10%ethanol to precipitation extraction,the targeted compound was purified by HLB solid phase extraction column.The experiment was carried out with 1.0%formic acid-methanol as mobile phase under gradient elution mode,and the ESCI composite electrospray ion source mass spectrometer was used for detection.The results showed that the linear range of ten kinds of vitamins was in the range of 0.05~200.0ng/mL.The detection limit was 0.002~15.0μg/kg and the quantitative limit was 0.01~50.0μg/kg.The recovery rate was 81.1%~94.3%.The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,high sensitivity and fast detection rate,and is suitable for determination of ten kinds of vitamins in a wide range for plant sports drinks,and can provide reference for the evaluation of product quality.
