摘　　要：近年来,肿瘤相关中性粒细胞(TANs)在肿瘤研究领域中引起研究者的广泛关注。越来越多的研究认为TANs在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥抑瘤和促瘤的双重作用,而如何充分将TANs的两面性应用于肿瘤治疗也是目前的研究热点。本文就近年来靶向TANs治疗肿瘤的研究进展进行综述。In recent years,tumor-associated neutrophils(TANs)have attracted wide attention of researchers in the field of tumor research.More and more studies believe that TANs play a dual role of tumor inhibition and tumor promotion in process of tumor occurrence and development,and how to make full use of the two sides of TANs for tumor treatment is also a research hotspot.This article reviews the research progress of targeting TANs in treatment of tumors in recent years.
