摘　　要：调节性T细胞(Treg)和辅助性T细胞17(Th17)都是经初始CD4^(+)T细胞分化而来,在自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、炎症等疾病中发挥维持免疫耐受和免疫稳态的重要作用。脓毒症是一种对宿主感染引起的免疫反应失调进而威胁生命的多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)。近年越来越多研究表明,Treg/Th17平衡与脓毒症发生、发展及预后关系密切。本研究就Treg和Th17细胞分化及平衡、相关通路及其与脓毒症的关系进行综述。Regulatory T cells(Treg)and helper T cells 17(Th17)were derived from CD4^(+)T cells and played an important role in maintaining immune tolerance and immune homeostasis in autoimmune diseases,tumors,inflammation and other diseases.Sep-sis was a life-threatening multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)caused by host immune response disorder to infection.In re-cent years,more and more studies had shown that balance of Treg/Th17 was closely related to occurrence,progress and prognosis of inflammatory related diseases.This paper reviewed on differentiation and balance of Treg and Th17,related pathways and their rela-tionship with sepsis.
